What is a Spa?
A spa is place to go when you want to get away from your normal life routine and experience an environment and treatments that will help your body and mind to undwind and feel revitalized.
There are different types of spa, and these are discussed in more detail on the next page. Whichever kind of spa you choose, they will all have a common goal: to help you rebalance yourself, revitalize your mind and body and to give you a sense of wellness.

A spa vacation is different from a traditional one: The usual excesses that accompany a "fancy free" get-away are often put aside, especially at spas which are dedicated to providing a good health experience.
